What an AMAZING location for a wedding ceremony. The view of Shropshire and beyond was breath taking!
As a Shropshire Wedding Photographer, I am spoilt for choice when it comes to amazing wedding venues on my own doorstep. Your wedding day does not have to take place indoors…with views like the ones from the Shropshire Hills, and in this case the Long Mynd, I can see why many people choose to have an outdoors wedding ceremony.
It was lovely to be back at The Hundred House Hotel on Saturday when they reopened after the lockdown. This was their first 'Street Food Saturday' - a new outdoor dining extravaganza in a fabulous marquee set in their beautiful gardens.
This wonderful moment which won a Fearless Award was captured at Tamsyn + Tom’s amazing wedding at Fordhall Farm in Shropshire.
What an EPIC day! Rain, sun, awesome people, amazing food and drink, great music, and space hoppers...this wedding had it all!
This is 2019 (so far)...to be continued…
It was great to be back at one of my favourite venues on Saturday. I LOVE Walcot Hall...and if you've ever been there, you'll know why.
It was great to be back at Rowton Castle to capture Grant + Tracy’s EPIC wedding!
What an amazing day...with glorious sunshine...a hand-binding ceremony...plenty of gin...deer skulls as table centre pieces...and a human pyramid!!!!
Hungry Hippos...Buckaroo...Kerplunk!!!! This wedding took me back to my youth!
I don’t just shoot weddings!
I was recently asked to photograph a fellow gym member, who is at the peak of his fitness, at David Corfield Gymnasium.
It was so lovely to be back at Curradine Barns, in Worcestershire, to capture the lovely Lizzie & Bobby’s wedding last November. It was a beautiful autumnal day with a blue sky and white fluffy clouds…perfect conditions to create amazing wedding photos.
Here are some of our favourite moments from the last 12 months…This was 2018.
When Liz and Alex contacted me to photograph their wedding at Davenport House I was doing a happy dance in my head! It has been 10 years since I last photographed a wedding at this amazing venue, located near Bridgnorth in Shropshire…which is right on our doorstep.
Sarah & Haydn recently got married at The Mill Barns in Shropshire. It was lovely to be back at this amazing venue. It was a gorgeous autumnal day, and we were blessed with beautiful sunshine!
Here’s Laura & Kevin’s EPIC wedding which recently took place at the beautiful Clearwell Castle in Gloucestershire.
It was such an amazing day with AMAZING people…in fact we felt like guests. It was lovely to meet Laura & Kevin’s family and friends…and an absolute honour and privilege to capture their special day! If you look closely at a couple of the photos you’ll spot a few surprise guests that not even Laura & Kevin know about…until now! :) Ha ha haaa…
The perfect wedding venue…this probably doesn’t exist, but a lot of wedding venues I’ve worked at come very close. One of my favourite places to photograph a wedding is The West Mill in Derby.
The Mill Barns in Shropshire is one of the most amazing and sought after wedding venues in the region.
Here are a few of my favourite moments from Rachael & Dean's big day earlier this year...
Well...if Carlsberg did weddings it would be this one! It was an absolute pleasure and honour to be a part of Tania + Johny's magical day!
Curradine Barns was the amazing venue for Taryn & Emma's autumnal wedding. Their vision for the day was 'relaxed and fun'...which is exactly how a wedding should be!
The Mill Barns is an exclusive-use wedding venue situated in Alveley, Shropshire (between Bridgnorth and Kidderminster). It is privately owned by the Award-Winning Wedding husband and wife team behind The Ashes Barn Wedding Venue and Pendrell Hall Country House Wedding Venue...so you can rest assured that your wedding will be the perfect day.
